6" Rover/VX race silencer

As above, I've sold the primaries and collector from my K-series 4-1 long-primary race exhaust system, so I'm stuck with just the silencer now. It is most certainly not pristine but it does the job of passing noise tests, normally emitting 94 to 96dB between 4500 and 5000rpm on a warmed up engine.

 

There are strap marks on the silencer where a guard was fitted, but you can probably polish these out, if you are that way inclined. The underside of the silencer is a bit scraped and has had a couple of patches for repair work. You can't see it when it is fitted though. The outlet is also straight cut, rather than outwardly rolled.

Also have a K-series lifting bracket thingy which I bought from the Caterham autoumble for £15. Have come to terms with the fact that I'm sticking with my VVC heads (which these brackets won't fit) and won't be getting a K16/VHPD head any time soon. Would like back what I paid for it (no profit-making involved ), so 15. SOLD!
