JampJ Posted November 17, 2002 Author Share Posted November 17, 2002 It refers to the outside diameter, you'll find the Motolita s/wheels actually are in 1/2" i.e. 11& 1/2", and 12&1/2" etc. Mine's a 11&1/2", and I want a 12&1/2" .
