Easibleed tube too small, uprated brakes

Hi folks,

Trying to bleed the front uprated brakes with an easibleed. Rears were a piece of cake but the hose for the bleed nipple isn't big enough at 5.4 mm. What do other users do to bleed these? Buy a wider diameter tube?

Cheers,

Oli

Cheers guys. No rubber sleeve, but a bit of warmth under the heat gun sorted it out. Still got a spongy brake pedal but I think that's because I let some air in when faffing about with the ill fitting hose earlier. I'll start from scratch in daylight.

Thanks,

Oli

In that case nothing sppecial and esaybleed should help you bleeding your brakes properly.

(With rear uprated brakes the calipers are horizontally fitted on the s3 although they were designed to be vertically fitted. As a result the position of the bleed nipples does not help to bleed properly. The calipers need to be removed and placed vertically for effective bleeding. If you don´t do that, you can bleed 5 times and continue to have a spongy brake pedal).
