head and neck restraints

I have gone down the HANS route. I have no idea if it is the best option or no but needed something for doing a French hill climb. I am getting a plate made up as per the way Chris has done his.

 

I would have not bought any addition head neck restraint if I was not going to this hill climb. The same does for the fire extinguisher.

 

If I had to do a list of safety upgrades the 1st thing I would do is put a cage on the car. how my car can with tillets but any arm chair seats would also be a good idea to be replaced.

 

SO please look at the big picture not just HANS or Simpson find a solution that is right for you. We all have different outlooks to life and risk, mine has change as I have got old and have a family.
