used 195/50/15 toyo r1r

Anyone got a used/destroyed 195/50/15 toyo r1r. I want to test the fit with my front wings and my 7 inch wide front wheels before i buy a set.

 

Anything considered so long as it is air tight. I am in Sheffield and close would be good to avoid shipping cost.

Can't help on the used tyre front, but I will be buying a set of these from Hawleys in the next few weeks, so do you want to combine forces and see if we can knock a few quid off?

If they can beat this German ebay seller here. I may well be interested.

 

I really need to check the fit if i can though, i have 205/50/15 on a 7 inch rim and there is too little clearance between stay and sidewall. If i bend for clearance then the sidewall on the outside is exposed and my otherwise reasonable mot man will fail me.

 

I sked Hawleys around 6 months ago for R1R and they couldn't help me, but wouldn't say what the problem was.

 

They did say that they will fit 3rd party tyres for £10.00 a time.

No blat mail from me (unless my 5 year old did it while i was on the phone). If Hawleys can get even close to that price it might be worthwhile just because they are local.

 

I would only need 2 in 195/50/15 as i plan to run the 205s on the back.
