They are from a 2009 car, were used for about 4,000-5,000 miles - almost all track, and were taken off the car at the end of 2010 when I upgraded to higher spec for the next class of racing. Track miles are (in my opinion) not harsh on suspension (as opposed to bearings etc.) at tracks are generally much flatter than roads. Caterham Parts has them for £47.40 each.
