Club Session - Oulton Refund

Having contacted Club MSV about our session on the 16th October

 

There was some confusion between MSV and race control at Oulton Park regarding the timetable for our event on 16th October which led to members not receiving the advertised seven sessions.

 

MSV have decided to refund £45.42 to each of our drivers as this is the pro-rata rate for two sessions.

 

members will receive a refund within the next 4-5 working days.

Chaps, have been incommunicado for a bit as I make the scary leap to that there Apple lot.

I was there. As far as I know I haven't received any refund; do I need to chase them up or is it meant to be automatic, e.g. if it goes straight back to the bank account then I'll wait for my next statement?

By the way, congrats on your success with them, it was mighty disappointing to finish so early as the track got so good!

Hi Jules,

 

It should be automatic. Several of us have got an email from World Pay saying that it has been received back on the credit card that made the payment. I expect if you made a debit card payment it should simply show on your bank statement
