AshleyBanks
Mine fell off! Anyone have a spare or know where I can get one from cheap. I Don't fancy spending £42 for adjuster and spacer from CC.
skydragon
When I 'mislaid' mine, I just used a short section of thick ally tubing. As long as it acts as the correct spacer, it doesn't really matter what you use. (I 'found' mine six months later, still resting in the chassis *redface* )
Mankee
Breakers yard or scour eBay for an alternator that comes with one attached. Rimmer Brothers is still over £30 for the adjuster! I'm assuming that you have the curvy sort of adjuster? If not, and you use the early "Metro" type like me there's one on eBay for £8. Edit: I should read more carefully before posting! If you've still got the alterntor and just need the spacer, I'd just use a load of washers to pack out the adjuster correctly.
