Angelsey trackday - Friday before sprint

Unlike previous years, there doesn't seem to be a trackday being held at Angelsey on the Friday before the Sprint weekend ☹️

 

...If anyone hears any news to the contrary, please let me know, as I'd like to attend a trackday and practice on Friday if possible (as I'm sure others want to)

Hi Chris.

 

I would give the circuit a call because they may have a test day the day before. If you get any useful info from them please post on here as others will certainly be interested.

Sorry, i should have mentioned in my previous post. I did call the circuit a few weeks ago and their response was that no company is currently planning to do a trackday on that day...

 

Bookatrack appear to be away supporting a race at Spa that weekend, which probably accounts for the change (?)

Just spoke with Javellin trackdays, they are going to speak with Trac Mon and see if it can be run at short notice and be made to be commercially viable.

 

I'll let you know if/when I hear more.
