Daughter in my Caterham

Not sure if this is a "technical question"! *smile*

My 3 (nearly 4) year old daughter is very keen to go on a ride with me in my caterham.

Despite looking I can't find any definitive information as to the legality of this. Can anyone help?

She is average height and weight for a 4 year old and my car has tilletts and screen (if this makes any difference).

Thanks in advance.

There is no difference in taking her out in the 7 to taking her out in the tin top. She must be properly accommodated, just like in the tin top.

Have a search in both chit chat and tech talk, plenty there about child seats that fit tilletes etc *thumbup*

Thanks all - not quite sure what I googled last night - but didn't find the useful information provided.

I am guessing that "a couple of old pillows" is not a legal booster cushion?

I will look out for the Volvo one.

Thanks again

My daughter - now 18 - has been going out in Eugene since she was 3...

As posted, we just used a booster seat.

She loves (still!) going out in the 7, especially if it means we are going to watch racing somewhere!!

😬 😬 😬
