And cetainly forged pistons, unless you allready have them, as a cam change will only extract more power with increased revs.There is no cheap way of gaining another 20 % more power, when the original unit is in a quite highly modified state of tune in the first place.

I think you have to look at it holistically. There's no easy or cheap way to liberate another 20bhp. I would look to do the following;

 

Re-bore to 85mm (easily acheivable with an L block) with a set of good quality pistons which incorporate deeper valve cutouts.

Even bigger valves with head porting to suit.

Uprated camshafts- rally spec should work well.

Good 4-1 large bore (at least 1 5/8ths" primaries) exhaust system.

 

Should give a reliable 150bhp ish, with more to come should you need it in the future.
