oldbuffer
Just looking at the latest and ever changing specification of the Supersport. It now has a "Sprint ratio limited slip differential". Can someone explain how it works never heard of one before Supersport Spec.
charlie_pank
In the tech-spec it's down as a 1:3.92 It'll presumably be a clutch-type.
Mankee
I seem to remember the first specs of the Supersport saying that it had "sprint" gearing, which has now been changed to "sprint ratio" for the LSD. I was under the impression that a Supersport would have had the shorter 3.92 final drive anyway. Hello oldbuffer by the way. I met you with your new Supersport at a very wet Brands back in January. oldbuffer
Hi, Yes I have the 5 speed "sprint" gearbox which is now unavailable and the 3.92 BMW LSD which CP mentions above. I think they are just trying to have the word "Sprint" back into the spec. 😬 Correction - I see what they have done now. The LSD now comes as standard spec. it was an option when I bought mine.
