Llandow class 3 - David Nelson, class 4 - me, class 5 - Shaun. Llys class 3 - Mark Gibson, class 4 - Paul, class 6 - Shaun. Mr Forster ran a 45.07 today at Llys y Fran to break the old record (46.56) and take FTD and win the top ten run off. 9 Caterhams in the Top 10.
