(Parents') Garage Clearout - All free/NtL

[Sam Monoogian]

My parents are having an extension built which involves knocking down the garage (sacrilege I know). It means I finally have to do something with the Caterham parts I had long forgotten about.

 

A lot of the parts have suffered from being stored in a leaky garage 100m from the sea.

 

As such, I don't want any money for these parts but a donation to NtL would be welcome. The parts are:

 

Parts no longer available:

- Pair of fibreglass rear wings - painted an "interesting" shade of green and with a few star crazes. Any racers need some spares? - GONE

- Propshaft - in pretty bad shape so not expecting anyone to want this but thought I'd offer before it goes for recycling. - GONE

- Water bottle bracket - GONE

- Crossflow intake manifold with water connection - aluminium oxide corrosion all over and studs have rusted - GONE

- Battery tray - probably the best condition item I had left there - GONE

- Exhaust silencer heat shield - for small diameter crossflow exhaust - GONE

 

Parts still available:

- Rubber light block - with chacterful rust stain

- Gear shift levers - badly butchered and not sure what gearbox these are for

- Pair standard front brake discs - rusty

- Crossflow flywheel - am assuming it's a standard one

All parts are located in Worthing and can be collected, sent via GONADS, or posted (at your cost).
