charlie_pank
I don't have a heater and I don't want one, I prefer to wear 25Kg of extra clothing instead. I would like to know however what can be done about sidescreens and backscreen misting up when it's very wet (yes I know it's better without the roof, but try telling miss piggy that when it's raining!). Joe 90
Don't know the answer, as a heater doesn't help much. My heater only weighs 5.2 kg, which seems preferable to 25kg of clothes 99,000 miles so far
CHRIS CLARK
Seconded. With less clothes on to start with (ooh err) you perspire less and the "Play Misty For Me" doesn't occur so often/badly !

scooby dooby doo
i've been a passenger in a seven in pouring rain with the hood up. The owner zipped out the rear screen and it didn't mist up at all.... HOOPY Membership Number 4136 R706KGU
Jaseb
Zipping and rolling down the rear window works for me, that and sticking your elbow out the bottom bit of the door to get some air flowing Buckingham Massive doing it in flares... Peter Griffiths
Agree, we do not have a heater but the rear screen partly down solves any misting problems Peter 7 Rosina C7 PRG
Tarek
Heated screen for the front window, your sleeve for the side windows ❗
charlie_pank
There we go! Thanks guys - easy when you know how. Unzipped it is - just have to make sure it doesn't all hang out! (Thanks Tarek - I have a heated screen which does a great job, it was the others that were a problem) Kermit the frog Edited by - charlie_pank on 22 Oct 2002 10:46:
