The bracket comes complete with the spacer tube, 2x wheel nuts and spare wheel bolt. All in good condition and perfect working order. The spare wheel carrier is in generally good condition but was modified by the previous owner to be removable. Consequently the rails are about 2" shorter than on a new one as the other ends are fixed to my car! Not sure if this is of any use to someone hence the low price.
