Peter G
I'm still in the middle of engine swap from 1.6K boggo standard, to 1.8 vvc from an MGZR. Bought the new spigot bearing, but it's smaller than the recess in the end of the crank, so does anyone know if I can get a bearing with a larger outer diameter? I can't measure the size of the one I need, I'm trying to figure out if I need to get a packer made etc etc. Thanks
Area Representative Paul Richards Posted February 23, 2012 Area Representative Share Posted February 23, 2012 You need this A bit of a pig to fit as it's tight and also easily deformed. Make sure you tap in exactly square and use a bit of lubrication.
Mark Durrant
Peter To fit the spigot bearing you need a Spacer Sleeve

And I got my postage back too marvellous. I'll settle up with proper beers on the Wightblat.
