New Barbie
I have the six point harnesses. I'd like to swap the belt the buckle stays permanently attached to on the passenger side from the outer belt to the inner belt. It seems anyone who has a passenger ride in the car, particularly the casual one-offs, take great delight in thumping the buckle over the edge into the panel. Now I know I can swap the whole belt but that would mean removing the seats and it's a hassle. I know you can change the belts at the buckle end and there is some kind of pin to move. Any help appreciated, I've thought of just undoing all the bolts on the back of the buckle for a look but I have images of some spring shooting off into the far corner of the garage and much swearing. Peter Carmichael
You could always permanently fit half side screens in tribute to R655CMX and this stops the buckle from banging over the side of the sill
Chelspeed
I had Luke harnesses and that's exactly what you do, undo the screws on the back and then crawl round the garage floor looking for the springs. Not too bad really, fairly intuitive once you see inside it.

Allen Payne
I change the buckle over on a Luke hardness but by dismantling it from the front, not the back. It's quite easy but best done on a table not with it attached to the car. Regards Allen
Chelspeed
You're right, just had a look in the garage. Undo the allen screw from the middle of the release handle then pick out all the pins and springs from the front.
