Rj52car
Will be fitting IVA bits and pieces soon. What do people recommend for fixing things like the trim for the cycle wings and the indicator pods. It needs to be "continuous and permanently fixed" ... bt I "may" need to take them off later and leave the paint undamaged. Any hints ?
Titanium7
Use some clear silicon, thats what CC did on mine after I just pushed them on. It all can be removed if you desire with a lttle bit of effort without damaging the paintwork.
Member Jonathan Kay Posted January 4, 2012 Member Share Posted January 4, 2012 Quoting Titanium7: Use some clear silicon {PedantMode ON} That might be bit rigid. Try silicone. I try hard not to do this, but I've been sensitised by recent journalistic reports about breast implants. {PedantMode OFF} Jonathan
Sheds Moderator
I was going to say that the Venus de Milo had silicon breasts. I don't think she does though, I think they are calcium carbonate. Shame, because it would have been a cracking gag.
