An especially big thank you to MacP and Oldbutnotslow for the time taken to share so much knowledge in a balanced and informative way. Also to Eugene for the links - one to read when my head is clearer !! I'm glad I asked the question as it really has given me a lot to go on especially around resetting ride heights (sorry to hear about the sump Tony !) and geometry. The possibility of 15" to give a wider choice of tyres is also interesting.
