Wrightpayne
Hi you can use tefen plastic elbows and straight hose. Tefen are oil resistent and cav cope with high temps. Ian

CageyH
I fitted Samco hoses on mine. The question is, what size do you have? You will need to measure both ends, as a step down hose (16mm to 13mm I think).
Ged
If it's the type shown here a company called Roose motorsport should be able to make you some up. I sent them a pair of my old ones to make up the moulds.
Area Representative Tin Man Posted November 10, 2011 Area Representative Share Posted November 10, 2011 I have just bought some from this company. They will supply the two moulded heater hose separately if you phone them. http://www.sfsperformance.co.uk/ Regards John
Area Representative Paul Richards Posted November 11, 2011 Area Representative Share Posted November 11, 2011 Paul Not sure which heater you have. Is the Clayton heater the flat one or the upright one? My 2000 car has the upright heater and I have used 2 standard 90 degree elbows from SFS. If yours is a similar heater, drop me a blat mail and I'll let you have a picture of mine (to confirm it's the same) and the exact details of the hoses I've used. Mine have been on for a few years now and no signs of deterioration.
Paul McKenzie
Hi Paul, Did you get my BM? If not, the heater is the upright type introduced in '96, so the same as yours. Would appreciate the details of your hoses so I can order the right ones. Cheers Paul
Tim V-W
I got mine here My original silicone hose kit supplied by SFS with heater hoses came with the double kinked kind for the later heater which cannot be adapted to fit. Also, the ones on my 1996 car needed to be 16mm to 13mm reducing elbows. Tim Edited by - Tim V-W on 16 Nov 2011 12:47:
