Lurk
It's a 1988 1.6 Gti, sunroof, non-power assisted steering. Red, with pepper pot alloys. 1988 Peugeot 205 Gti 1.6 MOT until May, Tax until November 110k miles. Non- PAS, sun roof. Now I have a Caterham this just isn’t being used enough so will have to go. I’ve owned it for over 2 years and its been a cracking car - just not being used enough. Car is in good condition for its age with less rust than most and a very solid shell. Only bad thing is a slightly uneven idle at the moment. On purchase I had the current corrective work carried out by 205 specialist: New top mounts and bearings New front disks and pads New clutch cable New spark plugs More recently it has had: New radiator hoses New motor for washer jet Re - ground cylinder head, new gaskets. Minimal history prior to my purchase but car appears to have been well looked after, a very tidy original car. Interior is smart with very little wear (for a car of this age). Bad bits: - Paintwork is showing it’s age in some areas (see photos) - Some paintchips and scratches around the front of the car All in all a great car that will make someone very happy. Photos can be seen here which show the good bits and the bad bits. (taken on a rainy day – look even better after thorough clean and polish) Priced at £1,395 for a quick sale. Sheds Moderator
What a nice looking car - sound, by the MaxPower brigade, that looks great fun and they are at the bottom of the depreciation curve at that age and price. Good luck selling.

Lurk
Boing. If I have to tax it again it'll probably be withdrawn from sale as it would be handy over the winter........
