jakeandlizzy
26k mostly road miles, very clean. The only issue is that is suffered a minor (or sometimes called 'early') HGF (the kind where it pressurizes the coolant system). Rather than fixing it, I built another engine up as part of an upgrade as you do! The engine comes with a money-back guarantee that it is perfectly usable and a brand new head gasket fitted (or not if you wish to inspect). The engine includes: Block, head (and everything in it, to include supersport cams), valve cover (solid ali coloured), coil packs, coil pack cover with supersport emblem, and a few other small bits, e.g. cam end covers. All of the induction/exhaust has been removed as well as the flywheel and the sump (a MG ZR sump is fitted now to keep the dust out). Basically, it is a good engine to base an upgrade on or to swap with your tired/broken one. The engine looked like this upon immediate removal (5 minutes later is was on an engine stand/fully taped/covered): and £250 or thereabouts.
