In it’s present Guise the car is fitted with a siamese’d Monoblock 1900ccScholar conversion on an 1800 CC crank with Arrow rods and Pistal Racing Slipper pistons topped with a DVA VHPD fully ported head with REC valves and 1444 cams on Solid Lifters. Engine is PACE dry sumped and cooling is assisted by a Full race triple core Alloy rad CW a Laminova for oil cooling Induction is with a set of Jenvys on a bespoke Bernard Scouse manifold, Exhaust is a long branch Caterham 4 to 1 with No Cat [car is pre Cat and is NOT emissions tested although for fun she is checked every year and would pass with no problem] Fuellling and Ign are handled by a Emerald unit [wasted spark distributerless] set up by DW himself on his rollers in Norfolk [and prior to that in Brixham] FuelTank is fitted with Caterhams own High pressure pump. Engine is fitted with a lightened R500 Flywheel and a Full Race AP clutch assembly[All fully balanced by Aircraft balancers] driving into a Caterham 6speed gear box and to a Quaif ATB LSD on a 3.9 Diff driving 8” superlights with Toyo R888. Front end is Wide track,6” Rims again Toyo888s and Suspension all round is Bilstine Adj Coil-overs. Car is fitted with front and rear ARBs Front Brakes are Caterhams AP Big brake conversion Pads all round are Mintex 1445s Rear brakes are Std and have given no problems on or off track. Instrumentation is supplemented with two SPA duel digital gauges covering Oil temp and Pressure and Water Temp and Voltage. Weather Equipment is Jill Judd Half Hood with Caterham High Viz doors and Soft bits rear wind deflector all fitted over FIA Bar.
