Build Problem 1: Front Suspension

5 hours into my R300 build and I haven't had to disassemble anything or resort to Blat Chat for advice. When it was all going so well.....

Anyway, Problem 1: Front suspension top wishbone, connection between the wishbone top swivel and the upright- upon tightening the nyloc nut, the stud in the wishbone turns preventing any further tightening. Factory says put lots of grease on the upright and downward pressure on the top wishbone. Is it as simple as this? And is there an easy way of achieving this (its a bit tricky doing this on your own, looks like a two person job).

clean both mating surfaces thoroughly with petrol, or other degreaser then try it again after letting it all dry.

You can get a decent amount of pressure into the joint by inserting a spanner between the nyloc and the upright to get everything seated properly.
