6speedmanual Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 I also believe that rubber wellnuts (mentioned above) are an excellent solution. They can be used with nylon screws. They have the merits of not damaging the skin if ripped out, non corroding and light. I have used these for mounting my race-aeroscreens and they are just The only reason they are not there on my rear wings is that I have not had them off since thinking of using the wellnuts.
