rj
Make one. It's described in the manual. Rocket science. (Rockets are very simple!)
TomB
Bought the bits from Mapine to make one, less than a tenner for parts & two metres of cable. Now I just have to controlled my cack handed soldering tendencies!
Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted October 12, 2011 Leadership Team Share Posted October 12, 2011 Might be a little late to mention this now ...... from experience I'd suggest it's worth making up a much longer lead! Stu.
TomB
Oh well, I can always make another later. It will be OK with the laptop place on a workmate next to the car - I havnt got a work top in my garage yet - and it will reach over the screen into the passenger seat. jingars
If (like me) your soldering is pants, an alternative is to obtain a pair of the appropriate gender RJ45 to 9 pin sockets and use a standard ethernet cable of whatever length you wish.
