grumpy the 7th
So! If I follow Myles' site for Dedion removal Myles' site How much room do I need at the side of the car to get it out? Garage is 8' 4" internal, car is 5' 2" which only leaves some 19" at each side and DD tube is about 3' 10" Once loose and free to pull ..... CAN the DD tube be part withdrawn and moved sideways/forwards/backwards ?? OR Can it be moved sideways about a foot and lowered through the rear chasis rail and pulled back the other way under the chasis and then pulled rearwards to clear the car IYSWIM. Cheers rog
Adrian Williams
I've done it a number of times in a single garage without any real space issues. Can it be moved sideways about a foot and lowered through the rear chasis rail and pulled back the other way under the chasis and then pulled rearwards to clear the car IYSWIM. Yes it can. Jonathan Kay
Take lots of photos... for all those tasks that seem obvious as you do them, but impossible to do in reverse after a night's sleep. Jonathan
