6speedmanual Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Generally found normal clothing to be more than adequate even without a heater. Coldest blat was about 40 miles in -2 deg C. It's just not the same as motorcycling where you are completely in the airstream. Less cabin turbulence with an aeroscreen, so maybe that helped too. 😬 What Brrrr????? Fishy Dave Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 You are right Peter, but the heated clothing does mean you don't need to wear as many bulky layers, and you notice the extra comfort it gives around your neck, wrists and lower back (with Tillets).
