Info here. This kit was developed by Steve Broughton and fitted and tested on my dad's megagrad. No expense spared as the plan was that this kit would be fitted to all Megagrads- this was a effectively a 'prototype'- albeit one which has been executed professionally and has proven to be reliable. Since it's development, it has been on a second car where it also delivered excellent results. It has been tested extensively, back-to-back with standard cars. The plan was that the kit would be usable with an otherwise standard car- the mega has standard brakes and an open differential, and everyone who drove it was very happy with this set-up. Whoever is interested should give serious consideration to the exhaust manifold which is also mentioned in the advert- Early testing of the kit showed the standard exhaust to be restrictive so an upgraded one was fitted- this really delivered the goods!

Unfortunately, getting over 30 drivers to agree to a significant upgrade proved impossible and the cars remain standard. But this 'MegaMax' kit is now available for sale at a fraction of it's development cost.
