Overall Champion Status

With Champions all but confimired in most classes i wanted to get out a quick update on the overall championship for everyone as you head towards Anglessey

 

But to clarify this years Overall champion rules (As I understand them)

 

1. First you have to champion of your class

2.Then each class champion has there 5 best results* against records at the 11 rounds we visit (goodwood, llandow, llys-y-fran, curb *2, harewood, loton, Aintree, Wiscombe and both Anglesseys)

 

* It is irrelevant if the class winner has broken a record or not at those rounds, so even if you didn't the best five count.

 

So as it looks now for all those still in the hunt

Thanks for posting this Rob. I was out all day yesterday collecting the new chassis and a load of Adjustable ARB's from Arch.

 

You understand the rules correctly

 

As I see it the Class 3 Record would have to be broken on "Both" days for the results to change significantly. Oh and for Mr Harris to spend the day in the BAR 😬
