Good to meet you too! (although I am very jealous of your beautiful new Radical!!!)

No the vibration persisted after a change of tyres so something a bit more going on than just out of balance wheels. We lost the last hour but better that than a catastrophic failure.

Next step it to check the wheel bearings. The fronts were replaced Dec last year but the rears are probably about 5 years old and have had some serious stick in that time.

 

I have had something similar in the past and that turned out to be a rear bearing which only manifested itself initially on the long left hander at Pouhon Spa but eventually on most left hand bends when the n/s wheel was unloaded. Interestingly it was much worse without a passenger last week (ie not so unloaded) so that will be my first port of call.
