captain chaos
Due to the extortinate price of ACB10's these days, I'm going to give a set of ZZR's a whirl... Any got any feedback to share on pressures and poss camber...I'm assuming they are a radial so we're looking at around 2 deg of camber up front... Any other comments,.. Cheers Gary
jimmyslr
My experience suggests a normal pressure at c22 hot (so 16-18 cold depending on how much you're pushing on / on-track). They like a LOT of front camber, as much as can be wound on on my car - I think mine are at more like 3+ degrees, but cannot remember exactly what DPR told me! They tend to understeer otherwise, but it does compromise braking a bit James
rj
Mine tend to warm up equally across the with of the tyre at approximately 2.25 deg. neg. camber. 22psi hot seem correct to me.

Stuart Miller 7
1.75 camber 2.00 toe out on the front. 2.00 camber on back. 9 degree castor, 15mm rake, 65mm under the (dry) sump. 16psi cold and even temp accross the tyre when hot. That's on A24 compound. Probably loose some toe out when circuit driving. I havn't driven on the ACB's but have been told theZZR are much more predictable on the limit. Dry performance is fantastic (CR500 are like van tyres in comparison). Damp track performance is excellent. I havn't driven on them in full wet conditions. The other alternative is the Kumho V70 which I also have. Allround performance is excellent. They are also cheaper than the Avon. 1 to 1.5 degree camber on the Kumho. Should be a good starting point. Area Representative Richard Price Posted September 1, 2011 Area Representative Share Posted September 1, 2011 Stuart, 2.00 toe out on the front Are you sure about that 🤔 That sound like an awfull lot of toe out. I'd have said a maximum of 30mins toe out.
