Type 9 - 5 speed gearbox and gear lever as used in my 14500 mile road going Roadsport. Full strip and rebuild by Road and Race Transmissions less than 700 documented miles ago. An copy invoice for the work involved (£600) is available. The work included a replacement lay gear input shaft, 4 x new syncro rings, all new bearings, seals and gaskets. The gearbox and gear lever are in perfect working condition. Asking price £775.

 

Caterham propshaft from the same car (ie 14500 miles use) also available. Caterham part number 72286. Perfect working order. Asking price £100.

I should mention that the gearbox is still in the car and can be test driven to ensure its quality (I live in the North East of England). I have already bought a 6 speed box which we will fit over the winter. Hence the reason for sale.
