Semi rural, detatched Bungalow in N.West. Now with outside pic

Thought I'd mention it here before it goes to the estate agents. Not a sellers market I know but this is an odd ball.

 

After a long 4 year probate which concluded in April the time has now come to think about selling this house.

 

It is a large detatched 2 bedroomed Bungalow. House was built for my in laws in 1985 and was going to be a 3 bedroomed house. Plans changed to 2 bedrooms hence the dimensions of all rooms are larger than average.

 

Situated a mile outside Rainford village

Situated in a semi rural setting in small lane. Not overlooked to rear,open aspects and no neighbours either side.

 

House needs a spruce up to bring it to 2011 specs, nothing serious and purely cosmetic.

 

Deciding now whether to get stuck in myself or cut and run.

 

200k as is. Was valued at 300k plus a few years back.
