The gearbox has gone, but as far as I know, the crank/rods/pistons are fine :) I can strip it and see if it looks OK, if you are still looking? Drop me a BM when you get a moment. simonpa Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 OK - I havestripped the engine and the crank is perfect. The engine was originally swapped by the previous owner as the gearbox had a fault. I've now found that it broke a couple of teeth on one of the cogs. Everything else is fine. Also have: o complete head, plus cams/followers/valves/etc - all perfect o pistons/rods - ditto o flywheel o oil pump o gearchange assy. o crankcase - top half has perfect liners, the bottom has had a small repair at some point o balancers/sensors/etc. Let me know if you need anything.
