Rockape
My indicators work fine but the 4 Way Hazards don't: offsides work fine Nearside don't. Any ideas please? Brian
Gun Bunny
Working the switch between on and off a couple times normally does the trick on my car. Olly

Bricol
No - just rather more exposed in a Caterham than it's original appilications in BMC motors. Contacts oxidise, not a lot you can do about it, but operating it wipes the contacts together, normally shifting the oxidation and restoring contact. If you get worked up enough, dismantle it and smear some suitable contact grease on the terminals to delay the onset of it again - mine is still working after it's last dose 9 yrs ago. Rockape
Thanks for the tips; worked fine for MOT. that said, one rear brake light failed en route. Magdalen Garage in Colchester; very friendly and helpful service. They loved the Caterham. Brian
