rodstead
Its a Westfield with a Honda Blackbird engine! Built in 2001 with lightweight race chassis, Hi-Spec brakes, Image wheels, long range tank. Set up by Terry Nightingale. Fantastic handling in medium & fast corners (doesn't turn in as well as a 7 but then what does?) Race winner in 2001 Road Going Bike powered series Class winner in 2001 & 2002 in JCC Centurian challenge Beats most R500's (not Mr Ince's car, sadly) Available with either dry-sumped, big valve 200bhp+ 1200cc engine for £15000 (unless that nice Mr Day buys the engine) Available with dry-sumped blueprinted 170 bhp 1137cc engine for £12500. The cheapest way to start endurance racing competitively with a reasonable budget. You'll even get support from the factory at race meetings if they are there. Or use it on trackdays & blow most other cars away. This package is so cheap, you can even afford to keep a 7! Would PX an Academy or Scholarship car 'cos this is too fast for an old man like me!
