Which half doors?

CC ones are expensive, and I don't think they're particularly good, as they don't reach quite far enough to get a rear popper on them! Carbon ones will cost even more, and again they don't look quite right, as the ones I've seen, never seem to fit and fix properly.

 

I've got a pair of Jill Judds flat ones, in the vinyl type finish (like the boot cover). These are long enough to fit a rear popper, and also flexible enough for your elbow. The added bonus with these, is that you can roll them up, and stash them in the boot when you're not using them, which you can't do with the shaped ones.

I have the composite ones from Simon Rogers at 7 Tips.

 

They are black finish, designed to be painted but the finish is good enough if you don't paint them. (I have left them gloss black). They tuck inside the scuttle at the front and are secured with a tiny bit of velcro at the back. They weigh nothing, the fit is spot on and they cost no more than the CC ones in vinyl.

Another vote for Jill Judd/Soft bits doors. As Ozzy says... keep them in the boot unless its cold or wet.

I have the Sevenspeed ones, the finish is perfect and matches the original caterham carbon weave. I bloody love em 😬

Another vote for Jill Judds soft half-doors. Generally I don't use them but they are handy to keep rolled up in the boot of behind the seats for cold/wets blats.
