Thanks David, although I wouldn't call 0.3 seconds a thrashing - especially when you consider the pasting you gave me in 2008 😳

 

It was very pleasing to get my second win in 4 weeks and a shame there is a 6 week gap before my next event.

 

is my winning run. I hadn't competed at Combe before and really liked the fast flowing corners and I managed to ignore all the dust covering the dropped oil

A great day of competition, and congratulations to Mark on another brilliant win. Class 3's a great place to be this year with so much close competition. Like Mark, I don't know how I'm going to cope with a 6 week gap!

Thanks David, but as Mark says, it was hardly a thrashing. What you did to us at Curbs, that was a thrashing.

 

Congratulations Mark, I somehow seemed to miss you before you left. If only I could sort out my starts....... At least my class record still stands

I have realised 2 things - firstly I don't have to put my hand back on the steering wheel in between gear changes.

 

Secondly the cement dust should have given me a clue as to the line to take - I should have been following it instead of avoiding it.

 

Now that I've seen how to do it, can I have another go please?
