Clawhammer
It looks like the time has come for me to have to sell my car. A few of you on here know it reasonably well. Adrian Williams
Hi Robin 1800 SS was rated at 140bhp not 135bhp. I've got circa £14-15K in my mind depending on mileage, it's a very well spec'd car with excellent detailing. It might well be worth more than that to the right buyer. A picture or the car being used for competition doesn't do it the justice it desereves. Adrian
Mark Gibson
Hi Robin It was great to catch up with you again at Gurston recently. Sorry to hear you are thinking of selling the car - I have always loved the colour scheme. Having bought a similar spec car in the last 18months I would agree with Adrian's valuation. Some valeted, non-sprinting photos should help sell it easily as this is very sought after spec. Mark
Drifter
With the Nitrons, I would expect it is at the top end of that - Maybe £15.5k?
Leadership Team Mcalvert Posted June 11, 2011 Leadership Team Share Posted June 11, 2011 Robin - very sad to see you are considering selling up. However if your car had been up for sale at the end of last year, I would have snapped it up without any hesitation. Unfortunately (fortunately??) my burning desire to change to a Superlight has subsided so I'll stay with H5 URF for a while yet. Having said that, as I have been keeping half an eye on the market, I am not aware of any genuine Superlights having come up for sale in the last 8 months so I think that values should be pretty strong...
