For hillclimb purposes, am I right in thinking that a 7 running on slicks falls under the definition of "Modified Specialist Production" as opposed to "Modified Series Production"?

 

I have had a look at the Blue Book and at 12.1.1 it appears to offer a manufacturer the option to apply for Series status if the 12 month production falls under the 1000 mark (which I think it does). Don't suppose Caterham have availed themselves of this?

 

Its kind of academic because our club is still running "Modified Limited Production", rather than "Series Production", but I see it coming up elsewhere, so just wondered where others place themselves.
