Time has come to sell my HPC due to purchase of another 7. I've owned this car for 2 and half years and in that time have spent a lot on it and improved upon it no end.

It is a pukka HPC wth the all important "H" in the chassis number and even features the original "HPC" nose badge.

Hardly used in my ownership apart from a few shows and has never been abused whilst in my care.

Every MOT and bill is with the car from new as well as original factory invoices and proof of Swindon conversion before sale.

Advertised here before it's thrown to the Pistonhead fraternity.

I've had a lot of emails about the spare parts asking for prices for them. As I said in the advert I would offer the whole lot of what I have to the new owner first as a package, so he could have the choice of the old school look as the car left the factory or a more modern look with the bits fitted.......car looks equally nice either way, it's down to choice.

If the car does not sell here I will put it on PH in its original factory trim and will advertise the parts again on here to club members after working out individual prices.

Thanks,

Kenny

PS The air horns are a lot lighter (and louder) than that croaking lump of cast iron that was nailed to the steering rack which the car was originally sent out with *wink*

I don't often chip in on a For Sale thread but after my boss bought Kenny's TVR Chimaera last year and subsequently sent it in for a service with a TVR specialist this spring, the comment from the specialist was that the car had a lot of money spent on it and the condition was excellent throughout and it was definite keeper.

I reckon this HPC could be the same! *thumbup*

Now Kenny, the address to send that fiver is... 😬

Many thanks Nick for that, appreciated a lot, also Finmac thanks.

Trust and honesty is the rule here on this forum I've found, I've seldom been let down and when buying and have always been brutally honest when selling...........I bought the JPE without seeing it and took the vendor at his word, car was better than described.

You could safely do the same with this HPC as I would describe it warts and all in any conversations I had with interested parties............nothing but nothing would be hidden as the car is genuine and excellent for its year.

Cheers,

Kenny

PS Nick, I'll chuck the fiver in the post as soon as I sell something............I've not a pot to p1ss in at present *redface*

Have posted out pics to those who requested them. However Phil in France and a couple of Hotmail accounts are bouncing them back.

So here's a few I've just snapped 20 minutes ago........showing both sets of wheels on car.

Thanks.

Unfortuneatly it looks like the market may have stalled, there are currently over 70 Caterhams for sale on Pistonheads.

Others here (BC) selling their cars on PH are in the same boat.

Good time if your a buyer
