Nick T Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 Hi, I am just about to change the diff cover and I was after any suggestions as to which oil I should refill it with? Originally it had Ford oil, but CC say use gear oil plus their lub additive. I think that I would prefer bespoke oil for a LSD. elie boone Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 The ATB LSD will need normal EP oil like any open diff, a plate LSD will need a special oil for it. For trunnions, try Rimmer or Moss or the like but how on earth will u know they are not made in China, maybe if they are labelled but if they come un labelled ?
