Johnty Lyons
Need to replace nearside front lower w/bone and just a tad confused on parts page I can see the Metric [car is 97 de dion] lower WT wishbone BUT there are two of the special half height nuts listed Can anyone enlighten me as to which one is correct? Missed getting through to Darrin [Time difference Texas/London] so unable to ask his advice I notice One is out of stock anyway But puzzled as to which is correct. As car is over 3K miles away 🤔
Area Representative Nick Chan Posted April 18, 2011 Area Representative Share Posted April 18, 2011 Hi Johnty, Are you referring to the nyloc nuts that secure the upright to the bottom wishbone/spherical bearing? If so, the one with a small built in spacer is the one to be used for the widetrack setup I was told when i wanted some from CC. Nick
Johnty Lyons
Yep that's the one BUT there are TWO on the Parts web site That is the confusion.

makingff
Possibly very stupid post but if your car is a 97 then surely it's imperial, not metric? Simon
Johnty Lyons
Common Mistake 😬 You would think so BUT NO the later cars are Imperial JJ
