jackb_ms
which goes ping and new never find again Well it happened to me about 1/2hr ago and it has disappeared. It's the little clip which hold the flywheel sensor in. Does someone has a spare little clip I could have or would someone know where I could get one? Sheds Moderator
Go to your local motor factor, they will have selection boxes of little things that get lost andbroken. Mechanics of course are no strangersto losing that little clip, and they really don't wantit happening at 6pm when they dont have a replacement and they are rushing to finish a job for a customer who's stabding waiting for his car back. Jason Plato
as a short term get you home, use the clip from the air temp sensor. Air temp is not crucial.
jackb_ms
Hi I called local motor factor and it seems they don't have this magical box you speak of batteredoldsupersport. In fact, it is the same connector used for the VVC mechanism, so if someone has converter their engine to non VVC mechanism I would be interested in hearing from you. Or maybe Oilyhand has a spare... Rattie
Having a Duratec I'm fishing in the dark here, but if it's held on with a metal clip, is it a JPT connector? Like these here? If so, the Polevolt people are great.
