Krismuss
I was the 'random' waving at you as I came off my drive in the black fiesta! In a foul mood having missed an opportunity this morning for my first blat in 2011 ☹️ Chris
Martin J
Chris, I'm worried about you, think of a decent blat as therapy. There is sure to be another Kent blat soon (weather dependant) or perhaps organise a blat for breakfast with Martin S. Steve M & I would join you I'm driving the 7 with a blinking great 100amp leisure battery & jump leads in the passenger footwell at the moment, as the car will run but refuses to start off the dying banner battery, bit of a performance if I stop anywhere but I'm very quick at it. Paul White
Quick hi-jack but ... I'm having the same problem with my Banner battery not holding enough charge to kick the k-series starter into action. The battery is only 12 months old though
Martin J
Paul I thought banner batteries had a 3 year warranty May be worth checking out Are the electrolyte levels OK, mine did need the occasional top up & was always hooked up to a conditioner but batteries do like to be used regularly & this doesn't always happen when fitted in a caterham. Paul White
Electrolyte levels regularly topped up as they do drop quite quickly. Will get it checked out tomorrow; we have a banner batteries agent in Guildford.
