Site Manager
Currently if you are browsing with 'show images in posts' turned off, the smiley images aren't processed properly. Will try to look at that today.
peterg
Barry, I was getting some strange results on posts with images and smilies in them but after going into my Profile and taking the ticks 'off' and then putting then 'on' again everything seems to be displaying OK now... Tony Whitley
Similarly once I highlighted my own posts and then even when I turned that off they were OK.
Tony Whitley
The problem is back now that I'm using my laptop rather than my phone. I assume if I edit my profile it will go away.

peterg
Barry, is there a way of putting a width limit on a post? the reply on Kenny's allotment thread by TriggersBroom with dozens of 😬 😬 😬 😬 etc means every subsequent reply has to be scanned across the screen to read them properly..... I'm hoping to find a way to dynamically resize images to the size of their container, if you see what I mean. I'm sure that there's a jQuery function that I can incorporate, I just need to have a bit more of a look and play.
peterg
It's a problem on other sites as well and normally a quiet word with the perpetrator of said image/post gets it changed but if you can find a way to do it automatically then great, the site is already 100 times better for the work you've put in on this 😶🌫️
