SWMBO and I are looking at the mo - if it had an extra room, was a bit cheaper, and in SE, I'd bite your hand off! I don't ask for much Nice flat, and a good time to get out. Sheds Moderator Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 That does seem loke a reasonable price, not that I'm any expert on London housing. 20 years ago it was hideously expensive, and I don't imagine the situation has improved. As regards your situation, MOCA2CV, the only reason you aren't buying it is that it's too small for you, too expensive and in the wrong bit of London. Honestly, some people are just too picky.
