I've just been on the blower to CC about another issue and they say a bypass pipe for an SV will need altering to fit a S3 (cutting down in length I would imagine?). If you were to cut down this pipe you would loose the angle designed to marry with the silencer. I think it would be a bit of a gamble for you.
